Resume Sourcing Solution (RSS)

This solution provides comprehensive, prescreened resume flow for a flat, hourly bill rate. The “RSS” solution provides the most flexibility for our customers to receive quality personnel absent of large hiring fees.   In this arrangement, you provide Warriors with all current job requirements, and we submit screened resumes to you that match your job requirements.   Warriors facilitate all interviews for you, but you are ultimately responsible for the balance of the hiring process. You will extend all offers and communicate with the candidates submitted by Warriors after interviews are arranged. Our reasonable fees for this solution vary with workload. Our standard model is a flat, hourly recruiting fee with monthly incentives for interviews, offers, and candidate starts – call us for a quote.

Contractor Staffing Solution (CSS)

Warriors provides hourly consulting and subcontracting services and full-time human resources to government and commercial clients. Warriors consultants and skilled project teams help reduce long-term dependence on high cost resources, and help businesses of all sizes operate efficiently in this competitive marketplace.

Strategic Recruiting Services (SRS)

Warriors offers strategic services for businesses in need of process improvement for recruiting. Having trouble getting candidates interested in your company? Perhaps you need to train your staff on interview techniques? Do you even know from week to week what job openings are open and closed within your company? We can help immediately evaluate your current recruiting systems, provide a Warriors Recruiting Assessment, and launch your new recruiting department as your business partner RIGHT NOW!

Partnership Placement Solution (PPS)

This solution provides comprehensive, prescreened resume flow for a portion of your
business’s profits. The PPS solution is designed for small businesses that have opportunities to grow their business but simply do not have the time or manpower to go out and recruit candidates for their job openings. Let’s face it, recruiting takes a full commitment and you have enough work to do running your business. With the PPS solution, you provide Warriors your current job requirements, and we submit screened resumes to you that match your job requirements. You interview and extend all offers to candidates submitted by Warriors. Once your new employee starts work, Warriors receives a percentage of your net profit.

Placement Fee Solution (PFS)

Warriors will provide screened resumes directly to client hiring managers for assigned requirements for a flat cash fee. This service requires no commitment from our clients until Warriors places a candidate. Hiring Fees are payable if, an only if clients engage the service of a candidate that has been referred, directly or indirectly, through Warriors recruiting efforts.  Contact Warriors for a quote on your opening.
