This client had various contract opportunities, including proposals at the Defense Health Agency, a $100M Department of State prime contract focused on foreign development & human rights to manage, current open positions as a subcontractor, and a need for program leadership & additional operations personnel to scale.
The Pain
Our client was a small, woman-owned business of ~40 employees without recruiting infrastructure nor previous experience with a workforce solutions company, despite urgent demand for help that could deliver and scale.

Warriors’ efforts assisted a proposal win of a $26M Prime strategic communications contract, Warriors rapidly staffed complex Dept of State task orders requiring grants specialists, religious freedom analysts, and program officers focused on international capacity building. Warriors filled openings on contracts supporting the Navy in Port Hueneme, at the Pentagon, at the FinCEN HQ, helped navigate new Applicant Tracking Systems, identified lasting program leadership, and found sharp teammates to support internal operations (in business development, finance, and more).
