Our History in Stennis

Warriors Recruiting has been staffing positions located at the Stennis Space Center since 2009. We have joined forces with four different customers over the last 12-years (and counting) to support staffing efforts on the DHS Managed Compliance Services (MCS) contract across multiple departments/ projects to include the DHS NOSC & the DHS Data Center. The staffing challenge for our customers supporting contracts at the Stennis Space Center is almost always a combination of: the incredibly limited size of the IT (especially IT Security) candidate pool in the Stennis, MS (and surrounding) area AND the strict government clearance & job requirements.

The Warriors Impact

Over the past 12 years:

  • Warriors has submitted over 400 highly technical qualified candidates for positions at the Stennis Space Center
  • Coordinated & scheduled over 250 phone and personal interviews with multiple clients supporting the MCS contract
  • Collected over 60 signed offers of employment for positions supporting multiple different projects on the DHS MCS contract in Stennis
  • Placed over 50 Full Time Employees to include: 10 ISSOs, 11 Systems Engineers, 10 SOC Engineers, 5 Storage Engineers, and 6 IT Security Engineers with DoD Top Secret/ DHS EOD clearances
  • Warriors continues to support the DHS MCS contract with staffing services in 2021

Conclusion
